Hello, I am Dr. Sixto and I do not treat nor diagnose mental health conditions. As a Holistic Health and Nutrition Practitioner, Wellbeing coach, and Certified Spiritual Advisor (Ph. D., cnhp, chnp), I am here to help you grow as a person and achieve your desired outcomes with a pragmatic, personal approach. Our initial free consultation will determine our journey. You will establish your narrative for change. You will gain self-awareness, develop skills and strategies and start to take actionable steps forward to your attaining your unique transformation in a natural, holistic path. "I get it, I got you!" I probably know exactly what you are currently going through and odds are through my life's experiences and education, I HAVE BEEN WHERE YOU ARE NOW!
A lot of our human malevolence lies in our attitudes, perspectives, and undesirable habits. Do you seek self-directed, lasting changes aligned with your values that promote health and wellness and thereby enhance your well-being? I will support you in solidifying practices of lifestyle holistic "medicine," such as stress management, a healthy diet, regular exercise, good sleep, and just building good habits.

Advocacy: It takes an email to schedule your free consultation. I will get back to you with times that work and we will have a social chat to begin our journey together. The most important thing to remember is that we are all at different stages in our lives. What works for one person is different than another. It is extremely difficult to place a client in a "timeline" and you must make the commitment to invest in your life.
Whether you have come to me on your own free will, or have been referred by a physician to assure you follow and achieve your wellbeing goals, we will be working on setting the confusion over what may seem a myriad of possibilities leading to treating the "cause" of your unease.
I will be available in between sessions for supportive check-ins via text or email. We will establish a "check-in" hour allowing you to reach out if you need to walk through a goal, vent about a tough day or celebrate a new accomplishment.

M3 Meditation / Motion / Mindfulness (M3)
What is M3? M3 is the belief that through Meditation, Motion, and Mindfulness we establish the ability to connect to our true selves. This interactive triad assists in our practice to understand the meaningful connections between one’s mental well-being and one’s overall physical presence and health. Let’s be real - we DESERVE to put ourselves first and not feel guilty for it! This is not an act of self-centeredness, rather the act of centering your Self. A better by being the better “You.”
This journey of self-discovery helps us better connect with our feelings, turn intentions into action, and make informed decisions about what matters to us. Further, by practicing the art of being present for others we learn to collaborate, build better relationships, and therefore succeed in our personal endeavors and achieving our wants and needs.
Meditation. You will be taught the healing powers of Guided Imagery, Creative Visualization, Cognitive Restructuring, Awareness Training, Listening to the Self, and staying present.
Motion: Understand that incorporating Yoga, Stretch, Dance, and Muscle Memory Release into your total daily approach to living is a must and is a necessary and complementary process of cohesion
Mindfulness: The power of being present in the here and now. Gaining experience of the benefits of clarity, meaningfulness, and value. Being good to your Self by loving your body, mind, and spirit.

Nutrition
Modern humans have been grappled for decades trying to find the right diet and the universal scientific basis to support the many rationales. The subject of human dietetics is so confusing and so many “right diet” plans for us humans to follow.
What should we eat and why? It’s all in the balance between acid and alkaline in your system. Our system strives to maintain the proper acid/alkaline balance for optimum health and wellness. Our diets however may be so that our system becomes over acid, therefore, taxing our cellular functions and our physical and mental performance.
